A little about us

Paula Corvalan and Gabrielle McCutcheon, our founders, are both leaders in the LGBTQIA+ and disability sectors. With lived experience and professional expertise, they created SAGE Disability Supports to address the lack of truly inclusive and affirming disability services tailored for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

OUR MISSION is to provide holistic and empowering support, fostering independence, dignity, and authentic community connections. We believe in cultural safety, trauma-informed care, and the power of lived experience as guiding principles in everything we do.

OUR VISION at SAGE Disability Supports, is a future where equality is not just an aspiration but a reality—where LGBTQIA+ individuals with disabilities have the same access to quality care, opportunities, and representation as anyone else. Our long-term goal is to expand our services nationwide, breaking down systemic barriers and ensuring that every LGBTQIA+ person with a disability can live a life of choice, control, and genuine inclusion, no matter where they are.
